MuchMy respects intellectual property and expects other businesses, websites, marketplaces, social media accounts and individuals to respect the original work created for MuchMy.
MUCHMY® is a registered trademark in the United Arab Emirates under Trademark Registration No. 400954. The MUCHMY name, trademark, logo and associated brand identity are protected under applicable UAE trademark legislation and may not be copied, reproduced, imitated or used without prior written permission.
The images, product photography, written content, product descriptions, size charts, graphics, website materials, branding elements and other original creative materials published on MuchMy are created, commissioned, developed or lawfully owned by MuchMy and are intended for use only by MuchMy unless written permission has been provided.
Our product photography and website images are created in-house for MuchMy. These materials are original business assets and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, edited, republished, redistributed, uploaded to another website or used commercially without our prior written permission.
Ownership of MuchMy Content
Original Website Content
MuchMy creates and manages original content for its website, product pages and digital channels. This may include product descriptions, headings, product information, website copy, size information, measurement guides, graphics and other creative materials.
Original Product Photography
MuchMy's product images and photography are created in-house for the brand. These images are original commercial assets of MuchMy and are not provided for reuse by other businesses, sellers, websites or social media accounts.
Product Descriptions
Product descriptions and other written materials created for MuchMy are original business content. Copying or reproducing these descriptions for another website, marketplace listing, social media account or commercial purpose is not permitted without written authorization.
Size Charts & Measurement Guides
MuchMy's size charts, measurement information, garment-length information and customer guidance are developed for the MuchMy shopping experience. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or presented as another business's original content.
Website Design & Creative Materials
Website layouts, graphics, visual presentation, banners, promotional materials and other original creative elements developed for MuchMy are part of the brand's digital assets and may not be copied or reproduced for another commercial website or business without permission.
Copy or Download Our Images
You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, remove branding from, republish or commercially use MuchMy product photographs, model photographs, promotional images or other original images without written permission.
Copy Our Product Content
You may not copy or substantially reproduce MuchMy product descriptions, product information, size charts, measurement guides or other original written content for use on another commercial website, marketplace or social media account.
Republish Our Content
Republishing MuchMy content on another website, online store, marketplace, social media page, catalogue or advertising platform without authorization is prohibited.
Use Our Content for Commercial Purposes
MuchMy materials may not be used to promote another business, product, website, marketplace listing, advertisement, social media account or commercial service without prior written authorization.
Copy or Imitate Our Brand Presentation
You may not intentionally reproduce MuchMy's distinctive website presentation, product-page content structure, graphics, branding materials or other original creative expression in a way that copies or misrepresents MuchMy's work.
Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021
MuchMy's qualifying original creative works may be protected under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. The law covers qualifying creative works including written works, photography, audio-visual works, illustrations and other protected works.
Protection of Original Photographs
UAE copyright legislation specifically includes works of photography and similar works among protected works. MuchMy's original in-house product photography is therefore treated as an important intellectual property asset of the business, subject to the applicable legal requirements and ownership rights.
Protection of Written Content
UAE copyright law protects qualifying written works. Original MuchMy product descriptions and other creative written materials may therefore receive copyright protection where they meet the requirements of the law.
Unauthorized Online Use
The UAE copyright law addresses infringement of protected economic and moral rights, including making protected works available to the public through computers, online networks, information networks and telecommunications without the required authorization.
Legal Remedies & Penalties
UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 provides penalties for certain copyright infringements. Depending on the violation and circumstances, Article 39 provides for imprisonment and/or fines ranging from AED 10,000 to AED 100,000, with higher penalties for repeat offenses. Other provisions of the law provide additional penalties for certain serious infringements.

MUCHMY® is a registered trademark in the United Arab Emirates under Trademark Registration No. 400954. The registration protects the MUCHMY brand name as a registered trademark under applicable UAE trademark legislation.
Brand Logo & Visual Identity
MuchMy logos, brand graphics, visual identity materials and other original branding elements may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced or used in a way that suggests an unauthorized relationship with MuchMy.
Trademark Protection
MUCHMY® — UAE Trademark Registration No. 400954. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 regulates trademarks in the UAE and provides the legal framework for trademark protection and enforcement.
No Unauthorized Brand Association
No person or business may use MuchMy branding in a manner that falsely suggests that the person, business, website, product or service is owned, operated, sponsored, approved or officially associated with MuchMy.
If You Find MuchMy Content Being Copied
We Monitor Unauthorized Use
MuchMy may monitor websites, online marketplaces, social media platforms and other online channels for unauthorized use of its images, content, branding and other intellectual property.
Removal Requests
Where unauthorized use is identified, MuchMy may request that the infringing material be removed or corrected. Depending on the circumstances, MuchMy may also use available platform, legal or other remedies.
Evidence of Ownership
MuchMy may retain original photography files, source materials, product-development records, website publication records and other business records that may help establish the creation, ownership, publication or authorized use of its intellectual property.

Written Permission Required
If you would like to use a MuchMy image, product photograph, written content, graphic, size chart, branding material or other creative asset, please contact us before using it. Permission must be obtained in writing from MuchMy before publication, reproduction or commercial use.
