Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase at Much My. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
For products purchased online, you can raise a return/ refund/ exchange request within 7 days of the receipt of the products. Please make sure the following conditions are met before raising the request.
- The product must be unused, clean, not damaged, and complete in all of its parts and accessories.
- Boxes and the original packing must be unopened, sealed, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition.
- Can be collected from you only after you have received a confirmation from us once you have filled out the Return Request Form
- The complete goods must be returned without any missing components.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
- Ensure that the returning product is appropriately packed and sealed before sending as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy will cease to be applicable.
- Prescription lenses are manufactured based on specific individual requirements and are, therefore, not eligible for returns. Only the frames qualify for a possible refund. This condition applies whenever a pair of prescription lenses are involved in the order, regardless of the product.
- Please make sure that all returned items are unused or unaltered in any way and, if applicable, have the original tags still on them. Items without original tags but in new condition will be issued a 50% refund.
- There is a 15% restocking fee when three or more items are purchased and returned within our 14-day return policy. Any items returned after 14 days will either be refused or sent back to you.
- Any merchandise that arrives damaged or faulty must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages. Note that wholesale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price of Returns
The customer bears responsibility for the shipping costs associated with MuchMy is deemed to be at fault as the seller, any costs for returning will be covered.
Modes of Refund
Refunds will be given through the original mode of payment. For COD orders, we are unable to provide cash refunds. Instead, a store credit will be added to your account, which can be used for future purchases. It might take 8-14 working days to reflect the refund in your statement.

Product Exchange
If you just want to exchange the product/s, please reach out to us at info@muchmy.com Β and tell us the product that you want in return. We will deliver it to your address for free and pick up the original product from your location. The products can be exchanged only within 7 days of purchase of the original product and can be done only once. If the product is exchanged once, no further exchange, return, or refund will be done. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a lower value.
