- Click on My Account link curated at the top of the homepage. Once you arrive at the dashboard click on Order History to view previous order details
Can I modify the order after the payment?
- Unfortunately, you would not be able to modify the order once the payment is made.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
- You will receive an email confirmation shortly after the order is processed.

Where does muchmy.com deliver to?
- muchmy.com delivers to all UAE addresses which are covered by third party. If there are certain cases where deliveries cannot be made, our team will contact you and an alternative arrangement will be made.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Muchmy offers local delivery within United Arab Emirates within 48 hours.
How do I authenticate my identity at the time of delivery?
- At the time of delivery, we will ask for proof of identity such as a valid photo ID card or photo of passport. In case a hard copy is not available, the messenger will take a picture of the document. As a regular process, the image is deleted from the camera once it has been filed in our records.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return/exchange policy?
- We believe that you will be delighted with your item but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
You may return undamaged and unused items within 14 days of their delivery date.
We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate to the extent you bring it back to us at the locations listed below within 14 days from receipt.

-To qualify, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components and the original manufacturer packaging. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange.
